Recently, 3480 containers of entertainment water polo, worth 249 thousand dollars, were exported to the US. The products were made from Da Yu Latex Products Co., Ltd. and this is the first time for Changzhou City to export water polo to America. Jan. to May this year, 379 batches (21.9% increase) of toys, worth 6.747 million dollars (31.4% increase), are testified by Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine of Changzhou.

The products are mainly made of dye-added latex, and formed through HTV. Five colors of water polo were manufactured: red, yellow, blue, purple and bronze mist, coated with fluorescent powder. As there’re high risks during exportation, Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine of Changzhou takes effective measures to help the factories guarantee the orders and export successfully. They directly visit the factories for technical support, guide them build overall process supervision mechanism from toy design, high-risk original material purchase, key process control, to OQC and on-spot inspection storage. The whole procedure insures the products’ environmental characteristics, safety and hygiene.
